UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We aim to send all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. Typically it will then arrive the next day but can take longer.
Royal Mail evaluates shipping price on size & weight. All items will travel without tracking. This flexibility allows us to keep postage prices as low as possible (Free in our case) without actually affecting the speed with which you receive them.
It is standard practice for all orders over £100 to travel with tracking.
Europe Economy or International Economy Delivery is the standard delivery option for orders below the minimum cost (no tracking). Orders placed on Friday/Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Deliveries generally tend to take around 5 to 10 working days to arrive at your home after you have confirmed your purchase.

Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the ‘Add to cart’ button and the item will be automatically added to your cart. You need to click on the product image or title to visit the product page and find all the information you may need.
Your cart is permanently on the top right of your screen and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your cart before checking out.
When you are ready to complete your order, simply click on your cart (top right of the screen) and choose between ‘View cart’ (if you want to see a summary of your order, or you have got a promo code/gift voucher to use) and ‘Checkout’ (if you prefer to skip the summary and proceed straight to the checkout process).

Once the order has been confirmed, it goes straight to the warehouse, where it is processed. Because we process orders so quickly, we are unable to process cancellations or changes to items. However, you can always return the order or item once it has arrived.
No, you don’t need to have an account to shop with us online. To buy without registering, simply use our ‘Guest checkout’ option.

To track your order status, please enter the information provided on the order email using the “Order Tracking” link that you can find on the website footer.
This information was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
If you have changed your mind, you can return your order to us. Write to me@kumo.studio, stating your order’s identifying details. We will reply by telling you the steps you need to take. Remember, you have 15 days to return your order.
In order to return an item, it is very important for the product to arrive at our warehouse correctly identified. In order to do that, you must put the delivery note provided with each order inside the return package and state which article you wish to return.
